These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Mute Button ("the Tool," "the Service"), a digital product offered by Yates Nutrition ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using The Mute Button, you ("you," "the Customer," "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Tool.

The Mute Button is a self-guided reflection and pause tool designed to support users in moments of food noise, binge urges, emotional eating, shame spirals, and related thought patterns.
By using the Tool, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The Mute Button is not a substitute for therapy, psychotherapy, medical care, medical nutrition therapy, individualized dietitian counseling, crisis intervention, or any form of professional treatment.
- The Mute Button does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, eating disorder, or medical condition.
- The Tool is intended solely to help you slow down, reflect, and consider a supportive next step in the moment. It is educational and reflective in nature only.
- Any information, prompts, or suggestions provided through the Tool are general in nature and are not personalized medical, psychological, or nutritional advice.
- You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on your use of the Tool, and you should consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical, psychological, or nutritional concerns.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, including suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or thoughts of harming others, do not use this Tool.*Contact emergency services (such as 911 in the U.S.) or a crisis line (such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately.

2. No Live Support
The Mute Button is a self-service digital product. By purchasing the Tool, you understand and agree that:
- This purchase does not include live support, coaching calls, one-on-one sessions, or real-time chat with a human. The Tool has been trained by Michelle Yates to the best of her ability, but purchasing this product does not include any form of personal guidance from Michelle Yates, Yates Nutrition staff, or any representative of the company.
- Any support provided in connection with this purchase is limited to technical or account-related assistance (e.g., access issues, billing questions), and is provided via email at our discretion.
- The Tool does not provide crisis response, emergency intervention, or monitored human oversight of your individual situation.
If you are seeking live coaching, therapy, or more personalized support, please look into Nourished & Free® or another qualified professional resource separately from this purchase.

3. No Refunds
All sales of The Mute Button are final.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the product:
- We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, lack of use, change of mind, or failure to achieve a particular outcome.
- This no-refund policy applies regardless of how much (or how little) of the Tool you have used.
- By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description and agree to this policy in advance.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.

4. Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription or access at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancellation stops any future billing as of your next billing cycle; it does not reimburse amounts already paid.
- You will generally retain access to the Tool through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- To cancel, reference the receipt emailed to you and select "Click here to manage your billing details and view purchase history" at the bottom of the email, log in to your account, and cancel your subscription. Or "email us at support@yatesnutrition.com with your request.
- It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged again. No refunds will be given due to user's inability to cancel in a timely manner.

- The Mute Button is intended for adult use. By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
